CANES is an outcome of NSTEDB (National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board) Training Program of Ministry of Science & Technology (Govt. of India) launched by University Industry Interaction Cell (U.I.I.C), Delhi University.

The project of Trust and this venture announced and approved in the special valedictory function organised by Delhi University Interaction Cell at ARSD college South Campus on 18th July 1990 by the blessings of Dr. Upendra Baxi, VC, Delhi University, Late Smt. Santosh Gulati and some important dignitaries.
